Back on my feet, only to end up where I’ve been
Waiting in line, it's just a matter of time until I feel this way again
Found a retreat, but there’s no shelter from the pain
Nothing to say, at the end of the day a cold front’s coming in to bring the rain
And the only sound is static in my brain
And it's leaving me unable to explain

 When I’m feeling down and out
You are always there to catch me when I fall
So I'm never dragged down by the stone
And if there’s ever any doubt
If I will figure out a way to stand up tall
You will bring to mind I’m not alone

And when I’m washed up on the shore
Reality check, as a matter of fact I’m getting close to know the score
Calling a truce in the struggle for my mind
The ultimate phase in a number of ways but I hope it’s not too late to fall behind
As the culprit of my mental health resigned
Still unsure of how my chapters will unwind
